Our three schools work in collaboration under an Executive Leadership team to provide a seamless primary education from ages 2-11 years. This provides cross key stage collaboration and career development for our staff.

Among the very experienced Executive Leadership Team, a Local Leader of Education (LLE) and a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) work closely with the GLF Teaching School and SCITT, enabling staff career development at all levels. LSA and Graduate Teacher Apprenticeships, HLTA training, Initial Teacher Training (SCITT), Middle and Senior Leader and Deputy Headteacher development programmes form part of our portfolio of professional training. Experienced staff have the opportunity to mentor and coach NQTs and apprentices and lead CPD both in-house and across the Trust to further their own development. With our values: Respect - Endeavour - Succeed underpinning our inclusive ethos, our dedicated team of educators play a vital role in ensuring the success of our pupils and make our schools a rewarding place to work.

We are always interested in hearing from talented individuals so, even if we don’t currently have a vacancy that matches your experience and ambition, please do contact us for a visit and join our talent pool.

Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation

In our schools, our aim is for children to grow into confident, thoughtful and highly motivated learners, unlocking their potential through continually expanding what they believe to be possible.

We have wonderful grounds at both schools, enabling us to provide rich indoor and outdoor learning environments, where we can cultivate the habits and attitudes of curious, confident, independent learners. You can see these in this lovely aerial footage of Cordwalles, Pine Ridge and Lorraine schools, please click here to view it.

As well as achieving well academically, we believe that it’s important for children to build the mental, emotional and social skills to enjoy challenge, and to cope with the complex world they live in.

Above all, we aim to instil a passion for discovery and curiosity in our pupils and for them to develop the capability and confidence to pursue what they excel at throughout their lives.

Local Area

Camberley, Surrey

Our schools are located in Camberley, which has a good mix of accommodation, independent shops and high street names as well as a purpose built, modern entertainment complex “The Atrium”, featuring a wide selection of restaurants, a children’s indoor pay area, cinema and bowling. Both The Mall Camberley and The Atrium shopping centre have experienced a flurry of new tenants since the start of 2014, which are a welcome addition to the already vibrant town centre. The surrounding villages have an incredible history starting in the neo-lithic period, moving through to a Royal hunting ground at Bagshot Park in the 14th century and notorious highway men in the 17 and 18th centuries.  The military arrived in 1853 and the National Rifle Association came to Bisley in 1890.

There are 2 museums with free entry:  the Royal Logistical Corps Museum at Deepcut Barracks, and the Surrey Heath Museum in Camberley where the heathland story is a permanent display.  The Surrey Heath Archaeology Centre at Bagshot houses many exciting finds and gives regular talks by resident and visiting experts.

Frimley Lodge Park is a multi-award winning “Green Flag” park and includes access to the Canal, a miniature railway, pitch and putt, “Flourish” community garden, BBQ hire, play areas and sports pitches.  Health and fitness opportunities are numerous including two purpose built leisure centres (the Arena and Lightwater), private gyms, numerous golf courses (including Camberley Heath, Pine Ridge and Windlesham) and water sports on Mytchett Lake.

Camberley railway station is situated south of the town centre on the Ascot to Guildford line. It is connected to GuildfordAldershot and Ascot by South West Trains with two trains per hour in either direction. Nearby Blackwater station (situated perpendicular to the A30 on the border of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire) on the North Downs Line is operated by First Great Western, with trains running to ReadingGuildfordRedhill and Gatwick Airport.

Several bus companies operate routes through Camberley including: First Berkshire & The Thames Valley to Bracknell; Arriva Guildford & West Surrey to Guildford via Woking; Stagecoach South to Aldershot, Basingstoke and Farnborough; and Dicksons Travel to Staines and Woking

We believe that every child in our schools can achieve the highest academic standards whilst enjoying a vibrant, challenging and rich curriculum. Whilst operating as a part of a family, each school exists in its own right maintaining its own unique characteristics and individual identity. Each of our 30 schools serves to meet the needs of its own local community yet all are united in their core purpose of providing an outstanding educational experience. When we say outstanding, we mean this in the traditional definition of the word synonymous with excellent or marvellous or magnificent or terrific or first-class or fine or wonderful or superb or exceptional
